1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Stubic Solutions Private Limited (operating as WebInOrbit), you agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies. Your use of our services constitutes a legal agreement between you and WebInOrbit, and you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and adhere to ethical standards when using our platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful and accurate information during registration and service bookings
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misusing the platform or engaging in any fraudulent activities

3. Privacy & Security

We prioritize data protection with industry-standard encryption and secure access measures to safeguard your information. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we implement robust security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.

4. Delivery of Services

All services are delivered online with no physical delivery. Instructions are emailed post-purchase for a seamless experience. Service delivery timelines are communicated at the time of booking, and we strive to meet all specified deadlines. Digital deliverables are provided through secure channels as specified in your service agreement.

5. Service Booking Payment Terms & Installments

Service bookings are structured with a flexible 3-installment payment system:

• First Installment (50%): Required to initiate the service. This payment confirms your booking and allows us to begin work on your project.
• Second Installment (20%): Due during service delivery, typically when the project reaches a specified milestone or completion percentage.
• Third Installment (30%): Final payment due upon completion of the service, before final deliverables are provided.

Payment links are generated automatically and must be completed within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete payments may result in service delays or suspension.

6. Additional Fees & Payment Processing

All service bookings include mandatory platform fees and Razorpay gateway charges with GST. The payment structure is as follows:

Domestic Transactions:

Payment includes Base amount + 2% Platform fee + 2.36% Razorpay fee with GST.

International Transactions:

Payment includes Base amount + 2% Platform fee + 3.54% Razorpay fee with GST.

All charges are automatically included in the final payment amount and are non-refundable. We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified secure payment gateway, ensuring your payment information is protected with industry-leading security standards. All fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

7. Subscription Services & Recurring Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the agreed subscription plan. The monthly amount and final monthly amount are clearly specified at the time of subscription. Payment links are automatically generated on the next payment date, and you will receive notifications prior to each billing cycle.

Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the user or terminated by WebInOrbit. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Referral Program Rewards

Referrers earn rewards for the first purchase made by referred users:

• 50 INR for a 100-credit purchase made by the referred user
• 100 INR for a 500-credit purchase made by the referred user

Subsequent purchases of the same credit amounts by the referred user do not qualify for additional rewards. Rewards are credited to your account within 7 business days after the referred user's first qualifying purchase.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes involving Stubic Solutions Private Limited (operating as WebInOrbit) shall be resolved in Chandigarh courts. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Modifications to Terms

WebInOrbit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice to users. Material changes will be communicated via email or through prominent notices on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

11. Termination & Access Restriction

WebInOrbit may terminate access to services at any time without notice, ending your relationship with us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability

Services are provided 'as is' with no warranties, express or implied. Stubic Solutions Private Limited (operating as WebInOrbit) is not liable for damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
